Vova, short for Vladimire.

Vova is 6, his b'day is Oct 1. They do not celebrate birthdays in the orphanage, so this year he'll have his first party! He's 44.5" tall, not sure what he weighs, & a size 6 is big on him. We discovered today that his Italian is pretty good, & so is Cliff's so they talk to each other a bit in Italian. He was there last Dec for an entire month with some other kids from the orphanage. He loves soccer, we play that everyday & today started keeping score. What a beautiful smile he has, he's such a little sweetheart, has TONS of energy... how are we going to keep up with these kids? He learns so fast, it's amazing. He has a pretty good appetite, and yet is picky with what we give him. We haven't experienced the 'hoarding of food' that we've heard about. These kids are very well cared for here.
