Pic of Kiev

This is Independence Square, where all streets meet into one big area. There are lots of kiosks, street vendors, fruit stands, people begging for money.... everything is here! A few things about Kiev so far.... we've been able to get espresso everywhere, many people speak English, some signs are in English, perogies are REALLY good, women wear skin tight jeans & stilleto boots with very pointy tips (can't imagine walking in those), cars park on the sidewalks, everyone smokes, food is pretty good, lots of Porsches, Lexis, Jags, etc, tons of shopping, it's pretty nice overall. I'm having trouble uploading multiple pics, will try to add more later. We also did a bit of sight seeing today, saw St. Michaels Cathedral, & St. Sophia's Cathedral. Our NAC appt is tomorrow, we hope to have good news to share soon.
